Tempo is a specialist running shop in Eastbourne, East Sussex. Customers will be met first and foremost by running enthusiasts. Customers can receive free video gait analysis using our slow motion analysis software. Our experts will then select a range of shoes based on the findings of the gait analysis and by also establishing the needs of the customer. The shoes can then be tested out using the in-store treadmill. We can also provide advice on; training programs, running drills and strengthening exercises.

Tempo Tuesdays Run SessionsEvery Tuesday at 6pm, the Tempo run shop hold a mixed set run session (If you are interested in coming along, please contact the shop or take a look at our Facebook page to check meeting place and time). Runners of all abilities and experience are welcome, the session can be adapted to meet individual needs. Try out the sessions for a couple of weeks and if you enjoy them, all we ask is that you pay £20 for a year (This covers the insurance for participating).
