Tempo is a specialist running shop in Eastbourne, East Sussex. Customers will be met first and foremost by running enthusiasts. Customers can receive free video gait analysis using our slow motion analysis software. Our experts will then select a range of shoes based on the findings of the gait analysis and by also establishing the needs of the customer. The shoes can then be tested out using the in-store treadmill. We can also provide advice on; training programs, running drills and strengthening exercises.

Tempo Tuesdays Run SessionsEvery Tuesday at 6pm, the Tempo run shop hold a structured run session. If you are interested in coming along for a taster session, please contact the shop on 0759267099 to come along for a taster session . Runners of all abilities and experience are welcome, the session can be adapted to meet individual needs. If you enjoy the session, all we ask is that you pay £20 membership/ joining fee for a year or £10 for half (Joining from July onwards), there are no weekly costs when attending.
