Neutral shoes differ according to differential (difference in depth between heel to toe ratio), weight, flexibility and general fitting. Neutral shoes are suited to runners who have a tendency to not over-pronate and typically have a neutral running gait.

Guidance
Guidance shoes provide a stiffer level of medial arch support to assist runners who over-pronate to a greater degree.

Support
These shoes typically offer additional support through the medial posting to help reduce and prevent over-pronation in runners. Support shoes differ according to; the level of support provided, differential, weight, flexibility, cushioning.
